Thirteen years ago, we embarked on a journey to celebrate creativity, nurture dreams, and bring healing joy through the art of making. Today, as we mark this special milestone, we reflect on the incredible journey that has unfolded. With a heart full of gratitude, we celebrate the countless moments of inspiration and connection we've experienced with our cherished community of creators.


At Tweetle Dee, our motto, "Celebrate, Dream, Create," has been the guiding star of our mission. We've dedicated ourselves to helping others heal and find joy in the creative process. From painting and quilting to weaving and embroidery, we've shared our love for art with thousands of students across the United States and beyond. Our virtual classes have transcended borders, bringing the joy of creation to homes around the world.

One of our proudest achievements is the creation of our Prairie Paint chalk paint line. This vibrant collection embodies the spirit of Tweetle Dee, offering artists a palette that inspires and delights. It's a joy to see how our Prairie Paint has sparked creativity in so many of you.


Our journey wouldn't be complete without mentioning the 7,000+ barn quilts we've painted for customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Each barn quilt tells a story of its own, reflecting the unique charm and beauty of its surroundings. We've loved seeing how our work has brought a splash of color and a touch of whimsy to so many homes and barns.




But more than the projects and products, it's the friendships and connections that have truly enriched our journey. The smiles, the stories, and the shared moments of creativity have brought us immeasurable joy. Your support and enthusiasm have been the heartbeats of Tweetle Dee, making every step of this journey worthwhile.

Our color choices for the Celebration Star are deeply meaningful. The bold red, of our Prairie Paint Indian Paintbrush signifies celebration, reminding us to appreciate our achievements and cherish the joyous moments. It’s a color that invites festivity and the recognition of life’s milestones, big and small.

The vibrant yellow of Sunflower Petal symbolizes creativity, the spark that ignites our passion for designing and crafting unique pieces. Yellow is the color of innovation, encouraging us to think outside the box and bring fresh, exciting ideas to life. It stands for the light and energy that creativity brings into our lives and work.

The calming blue of Morning Glory represents dreams, the foundation of every great endeavor. The points extending to the edge of the design encourage us to look beyond the horizon, to imagine and aspire. It’s the color of the sky and the sea, vast and full of possibilities, just like our dreams.

We are thrilled to announce the Tweetle Dee Fall Barn Quilt Workshop, taking place on September 14th, 2024, in the serene Woodland Hills, Utah, at our beautiful mountain home. This is a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in creativity and nature as we come together to celebrate the art of barn quilt painting.

The day will kick off with our "How to Paint a Barn Quilt" class, where you will learn the techniques and tips to create your very own barn quilt masterpiece. Whether you are a seasoned artist or a beginner, this class is designed to inspire and guide you through each step of the process.

Following the class, we will gather under the vibrant fall foliage for a delicious lunch. This will be a wonderful time to relax, connect with fellow participants, and enjoy the crisp autumn air.

For the first time ever, we are opening the registration for both in-person and virtual attendees. No matter where you are in the world, you can join us for this special event. Our virtual friends will be able to participate in the class and the day’s activities, ensuring that everyone can be part of the Tweetle Dee community.

In-person participants will have the exclusive opportunity to use our Prairie Paint Collection, which will be available for creating your barn quilt designs. Your registration includes a 22" barn quilt, a pattern, and all the paints you need to bring your design to life. Larger sizes are available to paint for additional cost.  This hands-on experience will be both educational and fulfilling, leaving you with a beautiful piece of art to take home.
