A Celebration of Summer: Strawberry Bloom & Strawberry Fields

There’s something sweet about the early days of summer—the way the sun lingers a little longer, the hum of bees in the garden, and the burst of ripe berries hidden beneath emerald leaves. This week, we’re celebrating that magic with the release of two new barn quilt designs: Strawberry Bloom and Strawberry Fields.

Each design captures a different part of the strawberry story.

🌸 Strawberry Bloom is inspired by the delicate white blossoms that promise fruit to come. Petals spread wide, hearts open to the light—this design is a gentle nod to beginnings, hope, and the quiet beauty of things not yet ripened.

🍓 Strawberry Fields is bursting with the sweetness of summer in full swing. Strawberries shine in juicy reds, tucked among leafy vines. This pattern sings of abundance, sunshine, and the joy of gathering goodness by hand.

Both barn quilts are available in three hand-painted sizes—22", 33", and 44"—and sealed with our Prairie Paint Finishing Wax for lasting beauty. For those who love the process, we’re also offering DIY kits and printed patterns that include everything you need to create your own version at home.

Whether you're stitching the blooms or painting the fields, these designs are a love letter to the season. We hope they bring a little sweetness to your porch, garden wall, or creative space.  Be sure to use code Bloom20 to save 20% on your order.

Celestial Skies Hex – A Tribute to the Moon and Stars

There’s something truly magical about looking up at the night sky—the way the moon waxes and wanes, the stars shimmer, and the sun keeps time with its golden glow. Our newest barn quilt design, Celestial Skies Hex, captures this cosmic wonder in a beautifully crafted piece that blends celestial symbolism with traditional folk-art charm.

Celestial Skies Hex

At the heart of this design is a striking starburst, radiating outwards like the sun, representing warmth, guidance, and the light that leads us forward. Surrounding this central star are the phases of the moon, an homage to the ever-turning cycles of nature. From the new moon to the full moon and back again, this pattern reminds us of time’s steady rhythm and the balance between light and dark.

Each Celestial Skies Hex is painted in deep, celestial hues from our Prairie Paint Collection, evoking the mystery and beauty of the night sky. Whether displayed indoors as a statement piece or hung outside to greet the changing seasons, this design brings a sense of harmony and wonder to any space. Sealed with our Prairie Paint Finishing Wax, it’s built to last, preserving its beauty for years to come.

For those who feel a deep connection to the moon, the stars, and the energies of the cosmos, Celestial Skies Hex is more than just art—it’s a reflection of the universe’s timeless patterns.

Available now as a painted barn quilt, DIY kit, or pattern, this celestial-inspired piece is ready to bring a little stardust into your home.
